REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds for products or services purchased. However, if we determine that there was a defect in packing; we will replace that product at no charge.

RETURNS:
Below are the proper procedures to return your product with a defect in packaging:
1. Please e-mail – admin@clinicalacnetreatment.com to notify us of a damaged item
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt
4. If we determine that there was a defect in packaging, we will replace that product at no extra charge.
