So here’s another daily tip from your friendly local dermatologist!

All right almonds. Almonds are an amazing food to consume. Not only do they have a lot of protein, but they also have a lot of vitamins and minerals kind of like vitamin E. So, please don’t over consume almonds because they are calorie dense, but if you’re looking for a good snack, please have raw almonds. Not the stuff that’s been cooked and not the stuff that has a ton of sugar on it, but please consume those. Your skin will show the health benefits
