Here’s another daily tip from your friendly local dermatologist!

So blueberries, those are another ingredient and what I consume every single morning. I consume about a cup to two cups of blueberries every morning that I blend in a shake, and the reason I do it is because blueberries have an amazing ability to help your brain function better. To help every single organ of your body function better, and the richer the color of the fruits and veggies that you consume a general rule of thumb is the better they are for you. So think about how dark and rich blueberries are. Think about all the antioxidants that you’re pouring into your body every day, and they’re delicious! One of the favorite things out there that I consume. So guys, a lot of us have trouble consuming enough fruits and veggies. So one of the things that I do is I make sure that blueberries are in every salad that I consume every lunch, and every morning I consume them so that I get enough fruits and veggies built into my daily routine. Don’t even have to think about it, and when you can incorporate these healthful habits into your daily routine, chances are you’ll actually do them. Rather than just trying to you know, play it by memory. Have I had a fruit this week? I don’t know. Blueberries have also been shown to help reduce the signs of aging and sun damage. It’s amazing. It does everything but your taxes guys, give them a shot. They’re delicious!
