My very first Create Your Day! message was about choices and what I do in the morning to start my day off right, and after reading the above quote it helped reinforce why I changed my daily morning routine and made me reflect on the positive impact it has had on me. When I skip my morning routine I feel it later in the day as I am sluggish and not my normal self, however after my morning routine of reading, working out, and listening to upbeat positive music my energy level, clarity, and overall happiness is through the roof and I am ready to start the day.

During my morning readings I found what someone wrote as 20 daily habits for happiness:

  8. Judge Less

  18. Don’t Make Excuses
