So here’s another daily tip from your friendly local dermatologist in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

So we know that we are what we eat. We’ve heard that. We’ve heard our grandparents tell us to eat your vegetables. And you have to have a clean plate before you have dessert. So what are some of the best vitamins, and what are some of the best supplements that you can take for healthy skin? Well I personally believe that the very best stuff out there, is stuff that comes out of the ground, natural stuff. And the stuff that doesn’t give you a high glycemic index. So donuts, we all know those are out. Soda pop, it’s rotting every part of your body. And we all know that cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and peppers, and all the really colorful vegetables, are doing amazing stuff for us, from the inside out.

So eat lots of non-inflammatory vegetables, like broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumbers, and spinach, and curd, and kale, and peppers, and you get the idea. The better our diet is, the less inflammation is going to be in our bodies, the better everything can function, and I promise you, you will feel better. 

Because Dermatologists treat more than just skin cancers!
