We often talk about wanting to do things perfectly, personally and professionally, the perfect office visit note, the perfect response to an issue, the perfect way to lead by example, the perfect date, the perfect meal, the perfect day…. And I hear so many times ‘you’re too hard on yourself, nobody is perfect’ which is true. But here’s the thing, I am trying to find a way to peruse perfection without being disappointed when I don’t get there.
