“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.”

Helen Keller

Helen Keller became deaf and blind at the age of 19 months. She went on to become a remarkable woman who learned to speak even though she couldn’t hear, learned to read lips with her fingers, became a lecturer, and was the first deaf and blind person to earn a Bachelors of Arts degree. So, she knew something about struggle and triumph against all odds. When a person who has done what Helen Keller did speaks about what it takes to overcome obstacles, we’d be wise to listen. So, are you optimistic and confident that you can get where you want to be if you try hard enough and keep trying until you break through?  It worked for Helen Keller…..
