It’s Sunday night and tomorrow the work week starts again. None of us know exactly what tomorrow will bring. Some face tomorrows with uncertainty. Some face tomorrows with eagerness to see what they will bring. Some face tomorrows with determination that they will influence what tomorrow brings and how it will affect them. But whatever Tomorrow brings, it is influenced by Yesterday and it becomes Today. Keeping it all in perspective so we learn from Yesterday, look forward to Tomorrow, and are alive and in tune with Today is important as we navigate our way through life. Here is a saying by Bill Keane that, for me, nicely sums up how it all fits together: “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift––that is why it is called the present.” Enjoy!
