Happy, Happy, Happy !!!!!!
We all have heard the “ happy “ song from Pharrell Williams. I love that song! It makes me want to dance and it makes me smile. When I hear it I feel a positive energy. So, how can I cultivate that positive, fun, happiness more and more each day? By choosing to be happy. By laughing with my friends (my coworkers ROCK!), by enjoying a great song that is playing, by exercising my happiness muscle.
