We have a sign next to our refrigerator that says, “Enjoy the little things in life.” Every time I open the fridge it is a great reminder to be grateful for the little things, as all these little things start to stack up into big things. We have a gratitude filled house, from the smallest of things to the bigger things in life. What are you grateful for today? Take a few moments to tell yourself the things you are grateful for as you will never speak to anyone more than you speak to yourself in your head, so remind yourself of all the wonderful things you have and fill your mind with positivity.
