Colorado Springs Dermatologist Dr. Reagan Anderson
Video Transcript
All right, so here’s another daily do from your friendly local dermatologist!
So, how do you affect change? So you’re in the healthcare system. You have seen physicians before, physician extenders before, you’ve consumed medicine before, all these things. How do you as a patient tell Washington to change?
How do you say enough is enough, this, that and this it needs to change. The best way is to vote. The next best way is to vote with your pocketbook. What you spend money on, because in America, with capitalism, the more you support organic, good fruits and veggies instead of the chips that are designed to make you addicted to them, the more industry is gonna bring those to us. So you vote, in November, you vote with your pocketbook and then you vote by every single day being actively involved in your health. That might mean picking up the phone and calling your Congressman, calling your senator, might mean writing a letter. It might mean fill in the blank, but get involved guys. Health care in this country is designed to help you. I am trying to educate you because I am sick and tired of the wrong people giving the wrong messages that is going to increase what’s in their pocketbook. Medicine needs to change. It needs your voice to change. Get involved. If you have suggestions on these daily do’s, things you want to learn about, things that you want me to talk about, I’m happy to and you’re gonna see, over time, that I’ve kind of run out of the dermatology topics I might have a little here, a little there. So if you have suggestions, let me know, but I’m gonna start shuttle. I’m going to start subtly shifting to us getting involved. So the bigger issues we have something to do about.
Because Dermatologists treat more than just skin cancer!
