When you’re ready, click on the blue “Pay My Bill” button. Please bear in mind that we are unable to accept payments from American Express at this time.
You will be sent to another webpage. Please begin by entering the patient’s first and last name, invoice number and date of birth, account number of the person for whom the bill is being paid, payment amount, and phone number in the appropriate fields. Then click “Next.“
