Mackenzie Morrow

Nurse Practitioner

Mackenzie Morrow is a dedicated and empathetic nurse practitioner, board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner through the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board. Her passion for dermatology stems from her personal experience with psoriasis from a young age. In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her three dogs, being active, spending time outdoors, and trying new things, whether it be exploring new restaurants, engaging in various activities, or traveling to new destinations.

Mackenzie began her career in healthcare in 2014, graduating from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She gained invaluable experience working in critical care at level one trauma hospitals in Phoenix. Mackenzie eventually decided to pursue higher education with the ultimate goal to provide dermatological care. In 2020, Mackenzie completed her degree in Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. To further enhance her expertise in dermatology, she completed a competitive dermatology fellowship in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. Mackenzie is passionate about helping others feel confident in their skin and has a particular interest in treating and managing acne, psoriasis, and eczema. She enjoys working with patients across the age spectrum, from infants to older adults, and is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. As a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, Mackenzie stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dermatology and actively seeks opportunities for professional growth.

Mackenzie enjoys working at CDI as she appreciates the collective sense of pride and dedication among the team for the work they do. Furthermore, she takes great joy in providing exceptional service to the patients. She lives the CDI motto by encompassing integrity and compassion. She believes, as humans, we want to feel safe, seen, and heard. At CDI, Mackenzie and the team strive to reflect this in the care they deliver with every patient interaction.
