Thought for the Day #32

The last several nights I have been taking time at the end of the night and going outside in the backyard, grabbing a lawn chair and quieting my mind by gazing at the stars and thinking about all the things I am grateful for.  I was able to witness a few shooting stars, saw several satellites, and the night sky has a mystical calming effect which has helped me sleep better at night as well. It is been very good for my mind, body and spirit and I have a lot to be grateful for, as I am sure you do as well.

When was the last time you took 10-15 minutes to yourself and really thought about all the things you are grateful for?  I would encourage you to take time and do this as it has been really great to lay back and enjoy all the things in my life and appreciate all those around me.
