You start noticing you’re getting more acne. You start noticing that you’re getting more bumps around your hair follicles, called folliculitis. You start noticing all these little things and your skin’s turning more red everywhere. Guys, this is a clue that something might be going on. Now if your diet hasn’t changed and your exercise routine hasn’t changed, what’s happening to your psyche? What stressors are present in your life? Because your skin is the biggest organ of the body and we should take advantage of that by paying attention to it. So that when it’s telling us hey something’s going on up here. Are you stressed? Are you nervous? Are you fill in the blank, that you can get the help that you need. Now if you change your diet and your skin is going crazy, pay attention to that.
